How Do I Choose?

Very Simply, actually. We have divided our homes into two major groups, East and West Highway 192. We consider the Walt Disney World Resort to be the "dividing" line for our groups. Within each of these groups, you can select whether you would like to stay in a condominium, town home, villa, or vacation home. From there, you continue to narrow the choices by selecting the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you would like.

Our homes are located in various places within a 10 mile radius of the Walt Disney World Resort. Please take a look at our list of developments if you need to be in a specific area.

How much do these homes rent for?

Our Homes rent for as little as $99.00 a night. We also run Vacation Rental Specials throughout the year that are as little as $79.00 per night. Our largest homes rent for up to $299 per night. Rental Rates are determined by two things, time of year and size of accommodations. As you check the availability of homes, the rental rates will be quoted at time of inquiry or booking.

How do I book a home for my vacation?

Making a reservation is very simple and easy. You can call (407) 390 1185 and speak with one of our reservation agents, or you can make your reservation online using our Secure Reservation Server. No cash down payment is required, just use your credit card to guarantee the cost of your first night's stay. Payment for your stay is made 30 days prior to arrival and it can be made by traveler checks or any major credit-card.
